You may use this Website only if you are legally permitted under federal, Ohio, and applicable state law to purchase, receive, possess, or transfer firearms or ammunition.

Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to sell or transfer a firearm to any person who is prohibited under federal or state law, including persons who would be disqualified under ATF Form 4473.

2. No Direct Online Firearm Transfers

Firearms are not sold or transferred directly through this Website unless expressly stated and legally permitted.

All firearm transactions must be completed:

  • Through a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)

  • After completion of ATF Form 4473

  • After a successful background check conducted pursuant to federal and applicable state law

Submission of information or payment does not guarantee transfer approval.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent identity, residence, or eligibility

  • Attempt to purchase or transfer firearms on behalf of another person (“straw purchase”)

  • Provide false or misleading information relevant to ATF Form 4473

  • Circumvent background checks or transfer requirements

Any suspected violation will result in cancellation and may be reported as required by law.

4. Ohio-Specific Legal Notice

Ohio does not require firearm registration or purchase permits. However:

  • Federal law applies fully

  • Certain local restrictions may apply

  • All interstate transfers must comply with federal law

We reserve the right to deny transactions based on compliance concerns.

SHIPPING & FIREARMS TRANSFERS POLICY

1. Firearm Shipments

All firearms must be shipped only to a valid FFL in the purchaser’s state of residence, unless federal law permits otherwise.

We do not ship firearms directly to individuals.

 

2. Background Checks and ATF Form 4473

All firearm transfers require:

  • Completion of ATF Form 4473

  • Verification of identity and residency

  • Compliance with NICS or applicable state background check systems

Failure to pass a background check results in cancellation. Refunds are subject to shipping and restocking deductions.

 

3. State-Specific Restrictions

California

We do not ship:

  • Firearms not on the California Handgun Roster

  • Magazines over 10 rounds

  • Firearms or features restricted under California law

Transfers must comply with California DOJ requirements and may require additional processing time.

New York

We do not ship:

  • Firearms or magazines prohibited under the SAFE Act

  • Magazines over 10 rounds

  • Certain semi-automatic rifles or features

Firearms must be transferred through a New York FFL and may require permits or licenses prior to transfer.

Illinois

We do not ship firearms or ammunition without:

  • Verification of a valid FOID card

  • Shipment to an Illinois FFL

  • Compliance with local municipal restrictions

Certain firearms and accessories are prohibited in specific Illinois jurisdictions.

4. Ammunition and Accessories

Ammunition shipments are restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure legality.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be lawfully completed.

5. Compliance Holds

Orders may be delayed or canceled due to:

  • Incomplete FFL verification

  • State-specific restrictions

  • Compliance concerns identified at any stage

  • Providing false information is a federal crime

Prohibited Persons

Firearms cannot be transferred to individuals who:

  • Have felony convictions or pending felony charges

  • Are unlawful users of or addicted to controlled substances

  • Are subject to restraining or protection orders

  • Have been adjudicated mentally defective or committed to a mental institution

  • Are otherwise prohibited under federal or state law
