Atlas Collectible Firearms is proud to present this World Famous Masterpiece Colt Single Action Army (SAA) revolver, manufactured in 1901 (1st Generation). This revolver has been masterfully engraved and signed by the renowned Richard Boucher, a world-class engraver famous for his stunning work for Pachmayr on their most prestigious custom guns throughout the 1970s and 1980s.
The beautiful combination of Blue and Case Color Hardening (CCH) provides a vibrant backdrop to the exquisite embellishment. The entire surface is nearly covered in deep, meticulous German style scrollwork. The artistry is enhanced by 24K Gold Inlay bands around the cylinder and barrel, and incredible Fire Blue screws and accents. The revolver is signed by Richard Boucher in very tiny lettering ("BOUCHER") on the right side of the cylinder.
This SAA is fitted with beautiful, genuine Real Stag horn grips. It comes with a Colt Archive Letter confirming the original 1901 shipment of the base gun (Serial number 204069, originally a .38/40 with a 4 3/4" barrel, later customized). The revolver is housed in a custom display case. The action and mechanics are perfect, with a mirror bright bore and excellent timing. An outstanding addition to any advanced collection of engraved American firearms.
