Atlas Collectible Firearms is proud to offer this Super Rare Colt "Combat Cobra" King Cobra Lew Horton exclusive revolver wearing the stunning Factory Polished "Ultimate Bright Stainless Steel" finish, sporting the sought after 2.5" barrel, chambered in the Iconic 357 Magnum cartridge and fitted with an Amazing set of Colt Custom Shop special ordered Rosewood Checkered combat grips in pristine condition.
The firearm comes as shown in the Maroon Colt box with styrofoam insert, manual, paperwork, hangtag, Colt Archive Letter, Lew Horton Letter and yellow end label. According to our research she was built in 1987 wearing the special serial number CC0460.
This Colt "Combat Cobra" really is one of the holy grails of King Cobra Snake guns being special ordered from the Colt Custom Shop with only 1000 ever made this one being #460. These were special ordered by Lew Horton Distributing Co. and were only available through their company. These Combat Cobra's had the exact same Ultimate Bright Stainless Steel finish that was applied to the Python, Anaconda 1st Edition and the 1911 / Government Model's.
This beautiful firearm is in Collector Grade condition showing a perfect finish with not one mark anywhere and remains factory test fired only on every other cylinder chamber. This Colt Combat Cobra will be listed as New Old Stock.
