Manufactured in 1969, this Peacemaker features the highly desirable 4.75-inch barrel length and a stunning factory nickel finish. This specimen represents a prime example of Hartford's mid-century craftsmanship and is a must-have for the serious collector.
This revolver wears its original factory bright nickel finish, which radiates a mirror-like luster across every surface. The firearm is distinguished by a pair of very rare and early hand-carved steerhead elephant ivory grips that have aged to a beautiful, mellow patina. The intricate carving on the right panel adds a level of Western flair and exclusivity seldom encountered on second-generation revolvers.
Housed in a custom deluxe wood glass-top presentation case with a vibrant red interior, this firearm remains in exceptional collector condition. It shows only minor scattered handling marks consistent with careful display and appears to be unfired or perhaps factory test-fired only.
