This historic handgun showcases Colt's deep commercial blued finish set against a matte non-reflective slide top. The slide exhibits the new left-side roll-stamped Rampant Colt marking implemented late in 1949 as old right-side stamped inventory ran dry. Features include a narrow checkered hammer spur, period 1950s adjustable target sights, removable target trigger shoe, and brown checkered walnut stocks.
Included with this transitional sidearm is one factory original, period-correct single-stack magazine marked for .38 Auto on the floorplate.
