Atlas Collectible Firearms is profoundly honored to present a jaw-dropping, fully custom masterpiece of modern 1911 engineering: an incredibly rare Wilson Combat Tactical Elite chambered in the classic .45 ACP. Featuring a 5-inch match-grade barrel, this pistol has been treated to an ultra-premium, mirror-polished custom stainless steel finish that elevates it to exhibition status. Originally manufactured in September 2012, this custom 1911 carries the serial number WCT28111 stamped on the frame. Adding to its long-term investment value, Wilson Combat officially discontinued the Tactical Elite model on February 1, 2023, making this fully upgraded custom build one of the finest, most well-crafted examples in existence.
This Tactical Elite is loaded with factory custom features, including classic ball endmill cuts on the slide, precision serrations along the top and rear of the slide, a reverse crowned barrel, a Bullet Proof one-piece Speed Chute magwell, 30 LPI front strap checkering, and a custom polished aluminum extended magazine base pad. In July 2023, the pistol was upgraded with custom Mag-Na-Porting executed directly through the top of the slide and barrel shroud for ultimate muzzle control. Adorning the frame is a spectacular pair of custom-fitted, genuine mammoth ivory grip panels displaying vibrant swirling turquoise, red, and cream natural tones, accompanied by an extra set of original Wilson Combat black G10 checkered grips with silver medallions.
This elite collector's package arrives complete inside its original gray Wilson Combat soft zipper range case. The exhaustive paperwork and accessory suite includes the original stamped metal dog tag (noting build date 09/2012), the original factory benchrest test target shot on 10/02/12, the master pistolsmith inspection sheet, the original 2023 Mag-Na-Port invoice, the original 2012 purchase paperwork, product manual, patch, and tools. The condition of this custom 1911 is pristine throughout, preserving an immaculate mirror reflection across all stainless surfaces with no signs of wear, a razor-sharp bore, tight slide-to-frame fitment, and flawless mechanical function.
