Atlas Collectible Firearms is proud to present this Colt Custom Shop Special Ordered, Consecutive Serial Numbered Set of Colt Sheriff's Model revolvers chambered in .44-40 Winchester. This is an Ultra-Rare set, originally special ordered in 1984 by the world famous Ashland Shooting Supplies.
Rarity: Only 50 of these Colt Sheriff's Models were produced in this special run. This is the only known factory-shipped consecutive serial numbered set out of the entire 50-gun production.
Provenance: Confirmed by an official Colt letter, showing the pair (SA63724 & SA63725) was shipped to Ashland Shooting Supplies on December 20, 1984.
Features: Both revolvers feature the short 3-inch barrel and stunning Blue/Case Hardened finish.
Grips: They are fitted with Factory Plain Ivory stocks with gold rampant Colt medallions. The revolvers are 3rd Generation SAA models.
