Atlas Collectible Firearms is proud to present this DELUXE MASTER ENGRAVED MATCHED PRESENTATION SET of Ruger revolvers, consisting of a 1979 Blackhawk (.41 Magnum) and a 1979 Super Blackhawk (.44 Magnum). This cased pair has been masterfully embellished, representing a union of Ruger's robust design with high-level custom artistry.

Both revolvers feature the long 7.5-inch barrel and showcase contrasting finishes: deep bluing and Case Color Hardening (CCH) on the frames. They are dramatically accented by the Brass Grip Straps, Trigger Guards, and Ejector Tubes. The engraving is above exceptional, featuring master-level scrollwork and a precise, detailed United States of America Second Amendment design on both unfluted cylinders all done by hand. The engraving work is heavily speculated to be the work of famous Colt & Ruger Factory Master Engraver William “Bill” Mains, though no documentation confirms this and we were unable to find a signature. Both are fitted with genuine Ivory grips with Ruger medallions.

The set is housed in a single deluxe fitted wood display case with a full Elephant Ivory handled tool kit. Both remain in pristine unfired condition, showing no signs of use or handling besides minimal display wear and the brass parts showing a slight aged patina. The action is tight and flawless. An outstanding addition to any advanced collection of engraved American revolvers.
