The Model 1894 is one of the most successful sporting rifles ever designed, instantly recognizable by its exposed hammer and lever action.
This traditional rifle features a scarce 25-inch barrel with the desirable Octagon profile. The rifle retains a factory blued finish with aged patina and is fitted with a beautifully figured high grade smooth walnut stock and fore end. The grains in this wood are truly incredible!
The overall condition is Good with the bore in good shape, and the gun showing mild wear across the entire surface, consistent with a well maintained classic rifle. The lever action mechanism is mechanically sound and reliable. The take-down operation is excellent and the fit is tight. An excellent, classic lever gun highly sought after in this traditional configuration and caliber.
