This historic masterpiece represents a legendary collaboration between Colt and the renowned Doug Turnbull Restoration company. Chambered in the iconic .44-40 Winchester caliber with a 4.75-inch barrel, this ultra-rare firearm was meticulously built in an extremely limited production run of just a few hundred units.
This revolver showcases an exquisite combination of premium finishes, including deluxe Doug Turnbull high-polish charcoal bluing and vibrant bone charcoal case coloring (ALL FACTORY done by Doug Turnbull for the Colt Custom Shop). The frame is configured with classic first-generation "Pre War" style elements such as the early two-line patent dates with circled rampant Colt, and historic Frontier Six Shooter barrel markings. It is beautifully fitted with one-piece screwless walnut stocks.
This investment package arrives complete with its original numbers-matching factory boxes, instruction manual, hang tag, registration card, and all associated paperwork. Bearing a highly coveted special serial number of 210DT, the firearm remains in very fine collector condition, showing only the faintest signs of handling from storage.
