Atlas Collectible Firearms is proud to present this magnificent 1st Generation 1969 Colt Python revolver chambered in .357 Magnum. This classic "snake gun" has been transformed into a true exhibition piece by the legendary artist, Master Engraver Robert Jiantonio, whose signature confirms the authenticity of this high-level custom work.
This Python features the desirable 4-inch barrel and a stunning, high-polish Deluxe Polished Blue finish. It is fully covered in deep relief scroll engraving, accented by intricate 24K Gold Inlay bands on the cylinder and barrel; as well as gold inlaid into the front sight! The firearm is signed "RJ" on the right side of the grip frame. It is fitted with unique genuine Rams Horn Service Grips adorned with gold Colt medallions.
The overall condition is very fine collector condition, showing minimal signs of handling. The pistol has not been fired since the custom engraving work was completed, preserving the artistic detail. The action is tight and smooth, and the revolver is presented in a custom deluxe presentation case. An outstanding addition to any advanced collection of engraved or Colt Python revolvers.
