Atlas Collectible Firearms is proud to present this Ultra Rare 1979 Colt Single Action Army (SAA), chambered in the classic .45 Long Colt. This rare specimen has been elevated into a true work of art through extensive factory hand engraving.
This revolver features a 7.5-inch barrel and boasts a mirror-like Nickel finish. The entire frame, barrel, cylinder, and back strap have been masterfully hand-engraved with Class “C” factory scrollwork with factory engraving stamp “COLT ENG” on the grip frame under the grips. Equipped with factory smooth walnut stocks that offer a striking contrast to the nickel finish. This is an exceptionally complete collector's set that includes the deluxe factory Colt Orange Leatherette presentation display case, the original Colt factory outer white sleeve with the matching Custom Shop end label, and an official Colt Historian Letter confirming its shipment from the Colt Custom Gun Shop.
This Colt SAA is absolutely Pristine with the nickel finish shining immaculately. The gun remains in New Old Stock condition showing no signs of handling marks. The action is mechanically flawless, delivering the crisp four-click cycle and bank-vault lockup that characterizes the finest Single Action Army revolvers ever produced.
