Commissioned in 2011 to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Civil War, this masterpiece is number 10 of only 35 ever produced in this elite collaboration between John Adams, Colt, Turnbull Manufacturing, and Nutmeg Sports. The revolver features a 7.5-inch barrel finished in stunning Doug Turnbull Charcoal Blue, a matching charcoal blue cylinder and backstrap, and a frame showcasing Turnbull’s signature vibrant Bone Charcoal Case Hardening.

This historic firearm is uniquely identified by the state name "GEORGIA" engraved on the backstrap and is prominently signed "J. ADAMS" on the bottom of the frame. The revolver is fitted with breathtaking Genuine Elephant Ivory grips from Nutmeg Sports, handcrafted by Jim Aliamo and featuring deep-relief carvings of "US" and "CS" on the panels executed by John Adams Sr. himself. The package is accompanied by a hand-signed letter of authenticity from John Adams Sr. and is housed in a "French Fit" deluxe walnut display case crafted by Duncan Everheart, featuring a unique brass mirror-display system.

The condition of this 1860 Army is 100% unfired and pristine, showing no marks or signs of use. The gold-plated brass trigger guard remains vibrant, showing only very minor evidence of natural aging consistent with its 150th Anniversary theme. The mirror-like charcoal blue and mottled case colors provide a magnificent contrast to the hand-carved ivory and intricate floral scrollwork.
