HOW TO SELL

Selling your premium firearms should be as rewarding as collecting them. At Atlas Collectible Firearms, we’ve streamlined the process to ensure your items reach a national audience of serious bidders while providing you with the highest possible return.

Our Industry-Leading Rate

We charge a 15% flat consignment rate for all handguns, long guns, and AR-style pistols. No hidden fees—just record-breaking sales and transparent service.

1. COMPLETE THE DIGITAL AGREEMENT

Click the "Consign Now" button below to fill out our secure online form. Once submitted, you will receive a digital copy via email for your records.

2. PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTATION

To comply with federal regulations and ensure a smooth intake, please include the following with your shipment:

A printed copy of your signed Consignment Agreement.
A copy of your Driver’s License.
Note: If you are an FFL or shipping via an FFL, please include a copy of the FFL License.

3. SHIP OR DROP-OFF

Securely package your firearms with the required documents and ship them to our facility. We also welcome consignors to drop off their items in person at our Alliance, Ohio location.

Pro Tip: Including your documents inside the package ensures our team can immediately identify and process your items upon arrival.

4. THE AUCTION LAUNCH

Once your items are received and processed (typically a 2-week lead time), they are placed in our 14-Day No Reserve Penny Start Auction on GunBroker. This proven strategy generates maximum visibility and drives competitive bidding to ensure your firearm reaches its true market value.

5. FAST, TRANSPARENT PAYOUT

After the auction concludes and the buyer’s payment is secured, we issue your payment via check, minus our 15% fee.

Batch Payments: We typically issue one check per shipment for your convenience.
Prompt Settlement: If a specific item in a large collection requires re-listing or takes longer to process, we will issue a partial payment for the sold items so you aren't kept waiting.

3. ARRANGE YOUR FFL TRANSFER

Federal law requires that all firearms be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

Find a Local Dealer: If you don't have an FFL, simply choose a local gun shop or dealer in your area to receive the firearm on your behalf.

4. PAYMENT & PROMPT SHIPPING

Once you win an auction, you can complete the checkout process through GunBroker.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed in the auction terms.
Fast Logistics: We pride ourselves on secure, professional packaging and fast shipping. Your new acquisition will be safely dispatched to your chosen FFL dealer as soon as payment and license documentation are verified.
